{"id":48,"date":"2017-07-27T17:20:27","date_gmt":"2017-07-27T17:20:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/en.gustavohernandez.cl\/?p=48"},"modified":"2023-10-02T17:40:17","modified_gmt":"2023-10-02T17:40:17","slug":"leaders-let-our-teams-work-happier","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/en.gustavohernandez.cl\/index.php\/2017\/07\/27\/leaders-let-our-teams-work-happier\/","title":{"rendered":"Leaders, let our teams work happier"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p id=\"4315\">These years will be known how the years where the population was looking for balanced life, where everyone is looking to work happier and enjoy their life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"4e64\">On this balanced life\u2019s search, leaders have the opportunity to generate a rich environment where our team can find the best balanced life available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"27ab\">From another point of view, leaders have the challenge of synthesizing a culture that let us be more empathic with our teammates, understanding the differences between roles into a company, differences between team works, and how these teams work and which are our objectives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"25c2\">Leaders should be able of synthesizing a culture through a positive leadership.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote\">\n<p>What are we going to find when we will work with positive leaders?<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/gustavohernandez.cl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/01\/1Auuu_JebUc_fjnO9eVJ37Q.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-169\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"c328\">We are going to find some skills what we are going to describe:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Vision<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"7465\"><em>A leader needs a vision. A vision requires designing the path, communicating the route and give a meaning to the culture we want to synthesize. Do we have a visi\u00f3n? We\u2019ll need one to evaluate how the following skills can improve our synthesizing process.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Passion<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"8a73\"><em>We need to fall in love our team with our vision, but we need to show passion by the results, by the challenge. Without passion by the outcome, we can be walking on the balanced life\u2019s search eternally.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Determination &amp; Bravery<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"6335\"><em>Synthesizing a culture is a complex process. You will have a lot of people feeling safe on their confront zone. We need the determination and the bravery to continue, despite the losses or setback (an \u201ceasy to tell\u201d phrase), and the controlled risks that we will have to manage.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Authenticity<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"1330\"><em>Our teams will smell when we don\u2019t believe in what are we saying or doing. Authenticity is crucial to spread the right message about the new culture we are synthesizing.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Trustworthy<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"6c88\"><em>Maybe this is a value given by our environment. People follow people who trust. Our communication needs to say what we think, even if this communication isn\u2019t what the majority think. We need to be polite, but transparent and openness.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"d7ad\">In summary, teams will found balanced life, when the environment designed by leaders match perfectly with the team\u2019s expectation. This match requires convincing teams about the vision designed, showing determination about how we need to advance, being authentic and trustworthy with our actions and our words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"5443\">If we, as a leader, are able to understand we need to change us, it would be a good idea to think which is the environment where we want to work for reaching the change and how we can create the vision and design the path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"0893\">Let\u2019s ready to work.
